Minimum Service Fees

• $300 Minimum Service Fee

- Property located within 30 minutes travel time (each way)

- Includes site inspection, documentation, estimate preparation, and delivery

• $500 Minimum Service Fee

- Property located more than 30 minutes travel time (each way)

- Includes site inspection, documentation, estimate preparation, and delivery

Additional Hours beyond Minimum Service Fee: Billed at $100 per hour

• Supplemental estimate preparation

• Estimate revisions

• Site inspections

Service Area Oregon and Southwest Washington

Payment Terms Minimum Service Fee due upon booking. Final Invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices to be sent on the 1st of the month.
