Mike brings more than 20 years of property claims and estimating experience across residential, commercial, catastrophe, and complex large-loss properties throughout the United States.
His experience includes field inspections, scope development, Xactimate estimating, contents evaluation, contractor negotiations, estimate review, and quality assurance on losses ranging from routine residential repairs to complex losses exceeding $500,000.
As an Xactimate Level 3 Certified estimator, Mike brings a high level of technical expertise to the estimating process. He has spent years training industry professionals in estimating best practices and documentation and leading quality assurance programs focused on accurate, well-supported estimates.
Mike's extensive field experience includes hurricanes, wildfires, floods, ice storms, wind events, and other complex losses across the country, giving him a practical understanding of how to identify overlooked scope items and accurately document the work required for repairs.
